   This apartment has some major WOW factors!
   Location is amazing, a short stroll to Cavill Av, across the road from the beach. But the apartment itself, fully stocked kitchen, modern decor, comfy lounges, wifi, everything you need for a short or long stay!
   Peninsula is my favourite resort in surfers too, with indoor heated pool and two outdoor pools.
   Raine and Horne are the best and so easy to book with. I recommend to everyone I know to go with them as they are so much more reasonably priced and they can’t do enough for you, even coming out on a Saturday to fix internet issues (thank you Steph!)!

   We just spent 8 nights at 25A Peninsula. The Apartment was exactly as it was described. Newly re-furbished, comfy beds, awesome view of the coast. Shops, Tram and Restaurants all a block or 2 away. We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Everything from getting the keys to dropping off keys went swimmingly well. Thanks Belinda. Just a note that Meg on Front Desk helped me with a few things and it was much appreciated.
   Heads UP – Instead of hiring a car – get Ubers everywhere. We got Ubers to Movieworld, SeaWorld, Outback Spectacular and SeaWorld Marina – this meant Ubers would show up within minutes and we would get dropped off right out the front of all the attractions instead of parking way way down the car parks and having to walk back, plus no fighting for a car spot not to mention all the PARKING FEES. You will definitely save more money by getting around with UBERS.

   Our stay at the Peninsula was wonderful. Given we arrived on a public holiday and departed before Raine & Horne’s opening hours – check-in and check-out were seamless. The apartment itself was amazing and as described. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and the views were spectacular. The Peninsula is so conveniently located – close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks again to the staff of Raine & Horne for the efficient and professional service provided, much appreciated!

   What a fabulous apartment for our Christmas week holiday. The view of the beach must be the best on the Coast. The apartment itself was perfect: beautifully furnished, comfy beds, great kitchen and laundry facilities . The booking, check in and departure procedures were efficient and the Raine and Horne team couldn’t have been more friendly and obliging. Highly recommended! 10/10.

   Clean and exactly as depicted, spectacular views and thoughtful extras. All appliances, furniture, crockery etc. are in excellent condition. Very quiet building. Great sea breezes and aircon. Enough indoor and outdoor seating for all guests. Very comfortable and enjoyable, with easy parking and quick lifts. Responsive, helpful hosts. Recommended.

    Modern and spacious apartment with ocean views from all balconies.
    Close to main area and plenty of places to eat and play..
    The apartment has air conditioning in every area and fans .
    Large TV and free WiFi
    The pools on sites are for every age group .(one that is heated inside and one heated outside ) as well as toddlers pool and a pool that is climate temperature.
    Loved our stay in this apartment and will be back

    What a beautiful apartment this is!
    The views are amazing from both bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room and the living room.
    Everything was spotlessly clean and the furnishings are very modern. The beds were comfortable and the linen very fresh.
    The kitchen and bathrooms were newly updated and the sliding doors and windows had also been replaced, making the apartment very quiet, with no street noise to be heard.
    Belinda, Kat and the team at Raine’s were great to deal with, made the check in and out process very easy, even though we had arrived after hours. They are great at communication, answering my queries very quickly.
    The apartment was excellent value,
    it had everything we needed for a week’s stay and we would love to stay there again in the future.

    Returned to this unit in September this year. It’s so relaxing opening the doors and windows and hearing the surf pounding on the beach and the view is stunning !!!

    This unit is always spotlessly clean, has a large smart TV and free wifi, good access to car park.
    The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and various appliances; there is more than ample amount of cutlery and crockery, and for me that’s a plus.

    Ladies at GCHS are always very helpful and it’s a joy to return.

    Our new go to desitination for holidays! After owning a unit elsewhere on the Gold Coast, this unit ticks all the boxes for us. Location, aspect, balconies and just the most stunning views. We stayed a weekend at another apartment block a few months ago – we were bitterly disappointed. And to rub salt in the wounds – the apartment block looked out on to our beloved apartment at the Peninsular. We’ll keep returning every year. A sincere thanks for a great unit and a great holiday.

    Had an absolute fabulous 14 night stay in this stunning 2 bedroom apartment. From the moment we walked through the door we were blown away with the gorgeous views from the living areas. Every room had beautiful views! The apartment itself was so spacious and was spotlessly clean. We loved the modern furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would love to keep returning to this stunning apartment and can’t wait to return next year!

    The check-in and check-out process is quick and efficient, the girls at Raine & Horne are very obliging and are great to deal with. A big thank you especially to Belinda who was very helpful to us, we really appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your exceptional service and for providing us with such a beautiful apartment

    Had a very pleasant 3 week stay in Unit 25A at Peninsula Apartments. The location is fantastic close to Caville Ave, the light rail system and right adjacent to Surfers Paradise beach. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and being on the 25th floor offers fantastic views up and down the coast. The staff at Gold Coast Holiday Stays are excellent, with good communication and always quick to respond to your needs if anything arises. This is now the third time we have stayed at Peninsula Apartments booked through Gold Coast Holiday Stays and we plan to return next year.

    Another great stay in our favorite Go to spot. Just wish that after a year’s work that the pools would be finished. Despite this, we’d like to return again. Great views and great location

    We love our annual break on the Gold Coast. And the Peninsular is the definition of the Gold Coast. Perfect amenities, perfect location and a homely atmosphere from the staff. My end of year wouldn’t be the same without this break.
