    2204 Ballah is an awesome apartment which is in the perfect location. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people, with two bathrooms and a huge living area. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable as well.

    You can exit the apartment complex through TimeZone which leads right onto one of the main streets in Surfers with lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach right there.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again due to the amazing location and reasonable price!

    for a week. This is a fantastic apartment
    On the 22nd floor with great views of
    Surfers Paradise and the hinterland.
    I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
    Belinda and the team are fantastic to deal with.

    We stayed at the Ballah 2204 8th -14thDecember Had a wonderful time. Its a great location. I was with my 2 daughters and chose this complex for the security as we didn’t have to go to far either to the beach, restaurants & G Rail felt very safe. We just had to go down stairs. The view was amazing. The unit is very clean close to everything. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. Can’t wait to return.

    We recently stayed here from the 25th July for 3 nights. Apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious. Very central to everything including the main strip. It really is what you see, what you get.
