   Beautifully renovated with every possible comfort. Amazing views and very little noise from Cavill Mall below. So convenient with Paradise Centre shops underneath and direct access to Timezone and Tenpin Bowling. Would definitely stay again.

   Well done Belinda and staff. Your room recommendation was much appreciated. A great room with all modern style facilities in an absolutely spotless building with extremely clean facilities such as the BBQ, pools, tennis court and spas. The gardens must be the best manicured gardens in the entire Gold Coast. Both towers are an absolute gem. The rooms are quiet with sliding doors onto the patio. Very safe entry keeping out possible intruders. Thank you to Belinda and staff for their friendly and helpful assistance. We will once again be back!

4. Steve and Jenny Porter

   The apartment has been very tastefully renovated and has everything you could want. It is very comfortable and we could not fault anything. The location so close to the beach and Cavill Mall is certainly a bonus. The balcony is quite sheltered from the wind, whilst still offering great views of the beach and Cavill Mall below. Thanks to all staff at Raine and Horne who were professional and accommodating and made our stay a most enjoyable one. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

   My partner & I had a wonderful stay here. It was beautifully clean & exactly as pictured. Location is just perfect. My only request would be a disposable shower cap as I forgot mine Lol
   Check in was so easy & instructions easy to follow too.
   I have already Re booked for next month 🙂 can not wait. Thanks so much.

    Apartment beautifully presented as usual. I have stayed here 4 times now and this apartment is as close to perfect as you could find. No expense has been spared with the renovation and is extremely clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a nice relaxed holiday. It’s position is central and close to everything. I have already booked again for next year. Excellent value for money and the managing Agents are very helpful and easy to get on with. Delighted to have the opportunity to stay in this apartment again.

    1303 Allunga – this is a gorgeous apartment, comfortable with modern furnishings and a sensational view of the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this unit. Allunga is located in a fabulous and convenient location in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Woolies, Cavill Avenue and the beach are a literally a few minutes walking distance. It has great facilities, the pool is divine and the gardens are lush. We highly recommend this apartment and Allunga.
