Please note you MUST collect the KEYS/CHECK IN OFF SITE (not from the Paradise Centre Apartment Reception) our office is located at 17/24 Queensland Avenue, Broadbeach, 4218.
Our office is open Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm (QLD time) should you be arriving outside of these hours or on a Public Holiday we can organise for you to collect the keys from a secure lock box outside our office, please let us know in advance if you are arriving outside office hours, if you are arriving on a Saturday/Sunday or Public Holiday you are automatically added to the afterhours secure box and details will be emailed to you approx.7-10 days prior to your arrival date including the lock box code & security bond form.
Please note all guests must depart the apartment no later than 10am and return both sets of keys to the office at 17/24 Queensland Avenue, Broadbeach, 4218. (Keys are not to be left in apartment or at Hotel Reception)
If you are departing outside of office hours, please leave the keys in the black letter box outside our office marked “Key Return”, no code required.
