No, unfortunately as our properties are in resort accommodation they are not pet-friendly.

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
Please collect the keys from our office, located at 17/24 Queensland Avenue, Broadbeach, 4218. Please do not collect the keys from the resort reception.
Our office is open Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm (QLD time) should you be arriving outside of these hours or on a Public Holiday we can organise for you to collect the keys from a secure lock box outside our office, please let us know in advance if you are arriving outside office hours, if you are arriving on a Saturday/Sunday or Public Holiday you are automatically added to the afterhours secure box and details will be emailed to you approx. 7-10 days prior to your arrival date including the lock box code & security bond form.

1 complimentary undercover private parking space is included with your stay, (reservation is not needed). Details including parking access will be provided on check in/key collection.

Extra parking is available nearby at the Gold Coast City council car park Bruce Bishop on Beach Road Surfers Paradise and starts from $15 per day *subject to change*
Please note standard check in time is from 2pm however, you are welcome to store bags and/or luggage in our office until your apartment is ready and should the apartment be available any earlier, we will be sure to let you know on the day via email/text.

Unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi is included with your stay.

Pool/beach towels are not included please bring/pack from home or purchase once you have arrived in Surfers Paradise.
We provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed. These are not serviced apartments however should you require this service during your stay we are able to offer it at an additional cost.
Standard check out time is 10am, later check out is subject to availability 24 hours prior to your departure depending on cleaning schedules/last minute bookings therefore please do email to check if complimentary 11am check out is possible, later than 11am half day rates will apply.
Please note all guests must depart the apartment no later than 10am and return both sets of keys to the office at 17/24 Queensland Avenue, Broadbeach, 4218. (Keys are not to be left in apartment or at Hotel Reception).
If you are departing outside of office hours, please leave the keys in the black letter box outside our office marked “Key Return”, no code required.
Porta cots, highchairs & fold away bed hire can be arranged in advance and fees do apply as follows:
  • Porta cot hire with linen $50 total
  • Highchair $25.00 total
  • Fold Away bed hire with linen $35 per night
*minimum 3 night hire fee applies, request at time of booking
All linen is included with your stay including sheets, bathroom towels and tea towels , extra linen including towels can be arranged, hire fees do apply for additional linen/towels.
All rubbish is to be removed from the apartment and disposed via the rubbish chutes.
