   Location, Location, Location. Amazing views, convenience of shops, cafes, supermarket just down the lift, a major plus. Modern applicances & space a real winner with a family.    Fantastic views from all rooms. Very tastefully decorated, clean and organised. Overall a great experience. The best room I have stayed in, felt like home(not a regular apartment). Would want to come & stay again definitely. Great facilities with pool, spa & tennis courts. Beach facing so easy access and multiple restaurants below. Lots of space, good for a large family. Thanks for making our holiday so comfortable & one of the best till now. Kansal Family.

   Knowing where to stay is always a challenge and you rely heavily on other peoples experience and feedback.
   Ballah, in particular 2601, is excellent. We had a family of 5 and the apartment fitted us comfortably. It is clean, well appointed and has plenty of space.
   It is a terrific apartment in a great location with shops right below you, a lovely pool area and the beach only 100 metres away.
   We can honestly recommend 2601 Ballah and will definitely come back again.

    I would definitely recommend the apartment. Not only is it close to shops and food, the apartment itself gives a view which is breathtaking. The pictures don’t lie and you get the place as shown in the picture.

    Belinda and Alma will help you with your every queries and questions. They will definitely reply you as detailed as possible.

    Kudos to the team and everyone for helping. I had a great stay with my family.

    My family and I stayed in unit 2601 and could not fault the unit. It had 3 large bedrooms, full foxtel and unlimited wifi. i would highly recommend this place to everyone. Not to mention what an amazing job the cleaners did, constantly cleaning around the apartment block. I would definitely book to stay here again really enjoyed my stay.

    You’d be crazy not take the opportunity to stay at unit 2601. For a family of 5 its hard to find suitable accommodation. This was a perfect location if you decided not to hire a car and go with transport which is so close by. It has Breathtaking views. Modern, spacious, convenient location with everything at your fingertips! Did I say breathtaking views from all rooms. Well maintained and friendly staff. My one and only complaint…………wasn’t long enough….. ha ha! Not to mention we also had FABULOUS weather for 10 days.
    Will definitely be rebooking! All the gang at raine & horne were prompt in responding to my queries.

    Location location location! Right above cavill ave, so everything is at your door step. Great spot for family’s or couples. Beautiful views and very spacious inside.

    Beautiful views, located in the centre of everything Surfers has to offer. Plenty of room for our whole family and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed many beautiful evenings in the pool and the convenience of being right on top of Cavil Ave was amazing. Thank you.

    Unbelievable… Only word to describe this magnificent Room… The decore the staff, especially Belinda and Clarke were only second to the views!!! Amazing!!! Beautifully designed and appointed no one would be disappointed… If you want class all the way,there is no where else to stay…. Thankyou for everything it was just a stunning holiday..

25. Vivian Gard

    We as a family of 5 stayed for 10 nights at the end of January 2022. It was an amazing location with stunning views of the ocean from most of our rooms and particularly the large balcony that wrapped around us. The apartment itself was massive, lots of different areas to sit, chill in and not be on top of each other, with three teens. The kitchen was well appointed, with lots of crockery, pots and pans. Everything was very clean and any query we may have had was dealt with efficiently by Belinda and her team, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely come back again. The pool, spa and tennis courts were great and it was wonderful having the Woolies and Paradise Centre below us.
