The Villa is only 50 metres from the beach, a 2 minute drive from the popular coastal village of Salt South Kingscliff and only a 10 minute walk to Kingscliff Bowls Club, Surf Club and Kingscliff Hotel. You can also walk a couple of minutes north to Cudgen Leagues Club.
It is a short drive Coolangatta Airport, Byron Bay and many other attractions.
Kingscliff has plenty on offer: Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Kingscliff Bowls Club, The Surf Club, many cafes, restaurants and retail stores. There is a large Woolworths and petrol station.
