   My family and I spent a week in this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well appointed with excellent facilities including TV’s in each bedroom. Free wifi was provided along with Netflix access on each of the TV’s. The apartment had great views out to the ocean. The Peninsula is very well located, with patrolled beaches just across the road and also includes excellent swimming facilities.

   This was our first visit to Surfer Paradise and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely return again.

   We recently travelled to the Gold Coast for our son’s wedding and stayed at this apartment for 9 nights – it was perfect for us. Great location! The apartment was fabulous, as shown in the photographs, with excellent facilities. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

   Beautifully presented. Very comfortable unit to stay in away from home. From recliner lounge, quality beds, comfortable dining setting, TV’s in all rooms with Netflix it was difficult to pack up and check out. We were 3 generations staying with 2 grand children and we missed not having a bath available. As grand parents we would have no hesitation to book again but may look at other units in the Peninsular if staying with young grandchildren. On this stay we also had friends staying with us in other units so used their bath. It gave us a chance to compare and 7F is the winner except for bath. Description of the unit should include the lack of a bath. On arrival we had to remove a vase with “fragrance sticks” due to my wife’s allergies and possible asthma attack. Two plastic bags and relocation to entry cupboard addressed issue.

   Fantastic apartment with three great pools (two outside/one inside) plus tennis court. Close to shops/restaurants and two hops to the beach. Very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

   This apartment has everything.
   T.V is both rooms and lounge
   Netflixs on all.
   Kitchen is well equipped
   Clean and modern furnished
   Air conditioned throughout the apartment
   Raine and Horne were easy to deal with and very accommodating.
   Highly recommended 7F

    This apartment, 7F, was exactly as advertised.
    Clean, well appointed and spacious. Came with a secure basement car park.
    Ideal for a family.
    Great location close to the beach and the tram.
    Easy walk to Surfers Paradise shopping.
    Great restaurants within walking distance.
    Gold Coast Holiday Stays had a seamless booking method and were lovely to deal with.
