Peninsula Apartments are located on The Esplanade just 200m south of Cavill Mall and the centre of Surfers Paradise, directly across the road from the beach and parks.
This apartment is located on the 39th level and enjoys absolutely stunning panoramic views up and down the famous Surfers Paradise beach from every room. You can also enjoy the glittering lights of the city skyline at night.
This apartment can also be booked as a three bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 7 guests. Please refer to photos for how this room looks. Prices are worked out when booking automatically, if you wish to use this room and have under 5 guests please put a note in the special request section when booking and we will let you know the costings.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in Surfers Paradise.

Just WOW!! Fabulous apartment in the Peninsula Building, views that go on forever, apartment is as you see it in the pictures. It is well equipped and the booking agent is very responsive. Great that it has a carpark underneath, although you don’t really need it as the apartment is in a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise. Will definitely be back 🙂 Didn’t want to leave.

We had a 10 day family/4 stay in room 39G at The Peninsular. Couldn’t fault anything. Absolutely huge apartment. The living area is bigger than the average family home living room. The kitchen was plentiful… Everything was thought of. The bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable sizing. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything with the beach across the road. The outdoor pools perfect. One pool over heated for us that like it that way and the other pool refreshingly cool. The balcony was massive and in prime spot for the sunrise and endless views. Wifi also endless and for those that like their tv again everything was thought of. Thank you to Gold Coast Holidays for the upkeeping of this apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay at Peninsula Apartments. Apartment 39G is a great apartment with spectacular views up and down the coast. The apartment is well equipped, clean and the decor is modern. Really enjoy the heated indoor and outdoor pools. Have stayed at Peninsula Apartments a number of times now and have booked to return next year.

My wife and I have holidayed in many different apartments within Surfers Paradise varying in age and price. This apartment has the best panoramic views we have ever experience thus far, and with its staggering size it also represents a much better value for money than the newer, smaller, more expensive apartments in the area.
Other awesome features we loved were the comfortable couches, air conditioning throughout , good wifi and the smart tv in the master bedroom.
Booking the apartment and the key collection/ return process was smooth, well explained and the customer service from Gold Coast Holiday Stays was pleasant.
I highly recommend Apartment 39g Peninsula and Gold Coast Holiday Stays.

The apartment was huge and the views were great both sides of the building. The staff from Raine and Horne were exceptional, and solved our problem with another car in our carpark immediately, thank you for that.
This apartment was one of the most spacious we have every stayed in. Was very clean and tidy. The views are fantastic. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

We booked 39G Peninsula Apartment for 8 nights and the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photo listings. It was a very roomy, comfortable apartment with good quality furnishings. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the activities on the beach. The apartment is in a perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance close by, plus it was has handy to have BWS Bottle shop over the road. The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Night Markets are held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Nights with over 100 stalls to visit.
The Q-train stop was only a short walk, which made it easy catch to visit the Australia Fair and Pacific Fair Shopping Centres. The Wifi was very strong and it was great to have Foxtel so we could watch the footy ! The car bay for 39G was easily accessible and in a secure carpark.
The staff at Raine & Horne Surfers Paradise were very professional in their communications regarding our booking and collecting the keys out of business hours. After we checked out and arrived in Brisbane before departing home to Perth, we realised that my son had left his Ipad charging in the bedroom. I emailed the office and they contacted the cleaning staff who found the ipad and returned it to the office . As we were departing on the Monday, we were unable to go back to Surfers Paradise to collect the ipad, and they arranged to express courier it back to us. Special thanks to Belinda and Stephanie for going out of their way to locate and return the ipad to one very happy son !!

Absolutely incredible! They have thought of everything you could need to stay here, very clean and right next to the beach. Great location, the pictures don’t do justice of the views! I am already looking at rebooking and only left this morning. Wonderful service from the team in the holiday rentals, would highly recommend to anybody going to the Gold Coast, stay in these apartments, you will not be dissapointed.

39G is a fantastic apartment, and is true to the photographs in the listing. We enjoyed spectacular panoramic views, cable TV, good strong WiFi, and very close proximity to the beach, shops with great places to eat nearby. The perfect location to everything! The staff at Raine & Horne Surfers Paradise were very helpful and friendly, providing professional and efficient service to us during our stay from booking online to vacating day.
