We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The standard of furnishing and fittings is high and the lounge suite is very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows are ideal for a stay in winter and the views of the Surfers lights at night are amazing. The tram stop is literally outside the front gate so we really didn’t need the car. It was a delightful surprise to find water dragons in the outdoor rock pools. The only suggestion we would make is that the bed in the master bedroom could do with an upgrade. The 2 single bed mattresses made into a queen are a little tired and saggy. Otherwise we could not fault our stay and as usual Belinda and Stephanie made everything run smoothly.
We stayed over Xmas at the Mantra sun city and it was wonderful. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment and wonderful service by Belinda and her team at Gold Coast holiday stays. We will definitely book again.

Another amazing family holiday at apartment 2803. This is our second year in a row and again, the apartment and amenities cannot be faulted. It is so comfortable, clean and what you see is what you get. We LOVE this place and can’t wait to get back again.
Just spent 5 nights in apartment 2803 at sun city. Awsome apartment, honestly can not fault it at all. With WiFi and full Foxtel included, plus the views, great layout with 2 generous bedrooms both with big ensuite, you would be going to find a better one at Surfers for the price. A big thanks to Belinda and Alma at Raine and Horne surfers paradise for making the whole booking process really easy.
We had a fabulous few days in this apartment, we actually wished we had booked it for longer! The apartment is exactly as per the photos, and the view is spectacular(at night too), all furnishings were perfect and it was very comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked, would be an extra towel or two and some small extras such as laundry liquid, we only found dishwashing liquid on our last night so maybe if this was left at the sink instead of in a press that would save buying a bottle of that! Otherwise our stay was perfect and we could not fault it! If we were ever to be back there we would definitely book again!
